Is anyone making progress?
I've set mine aside to make another shawl. I'll get back to it in a few weeks when I finish my other projects. But no one has posted for awhile, and I wondered if anyone else was still working on it. I'm afraid that once I finish one border, I'm going to totally lose interest in making the second one! Hope everyone is progressing nicely!!

I'm still bopping along. I just finished the fourth full repeat of the center, which for me is working at lightning speed. I haven't been able to work every day, but compared to my last lace project, I'm definitely going faster.

I'm still here too. I'm almost finished with the 2nd repeat of the center. My goal is to have 3 full repeats done by Sunday. Slow and steady, like I said in my post! But I am working on other things as well, and can sometimes only do 1 or 2 rows on the stole a day.

Plodding along on the first border. Finally thru the minefield of Rows 94 to 111, so it should be easier going for a while. I agree about the reluctance to do a second border. This is not an easy knit - can't daydream for a minute! Lifelines, coil-less safety pins marking the middle stitch of each repeat, and constant counting are wearing me down even while they're helping.

I am just finishing my fifth repeat of the center panel (which has taken about 4 weeks!). I agree with the other posters, this is slow going. I'm hoping to wear this as an evening wrap at my wedding in early June, so I try to make those needles fly whenever I can! For those of you who have started the border, does that move equally slow?

I'm still around, though knitting is going very slowly! School got a little crazy for a bit, so I needed some easier knitting for a while, but I intend to finish the first repeat (eep!) tonight or tomorrow.
